Job Description
Purpose and Scope:

  • Develop Cross-Border Rail (CBR) products and build connections with Northern agents to promote CBR services to China and the EU.
  • Support the Business Unit Head in achieving profitable sales growth.
  • Supervise the planning, execution, and management of Operations (OPS) and Customer Service (CS) teams in the North.
  • Establish and implement strategies to increase revenue, customer satisfaction, and service quality.

Responsibilities:

Sales:

  • Coordinate with Commercial, Logistics, and Transport teams to meet sales targets.
  • Review and report on sales performance regularly.
  • Understand and analyze departmental financial data.

Customer Service:

  • Act as Project Manager for key accounts.
  • Oversee the CS team to ensure timely booking and payment processes.
  • Monitor service quality and supplier profitability.

Operations:

  • Collaborate with the OPS team to resolve transportation issues and control incurred costs.

Product Development:

  • Work with state-owned railway companies (e.g., Haraco, Ratraco) and external agents to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Coordinate with the Southern team to meet budget targets.

Benefits:

  • Probation period: 2 months with full salary
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday
  • Annual leave: 15 days per year

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics sales (preferably in a transportation company)
  • Proficient in English (at least B level), Microsoft Office, data analysis, and budget control

Skills and Competencies:

  • Strong teamwork, communication, adaptability, and planning skills
  • Business acumen, leadership ability, customer focus, and integrity
