Job’s purpose:
Identify and build profitable new business opportunities through developing existing and new business accounts. Maintain an active pipeline of prospective customers to approach and undertake new business sales calls to secure new business. Develop financial data of potential and existing business wins and be responsible for maintaining an extensive customer database through regular sales visits.
Be responsible for sales’ target
- Leading Contract logistics Commercial teams in Vietnam offices to ensure performance, company targets and customer centric
- Develop and implement the 5 years strategy according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
- Lead and coach/develop teams under ITL contract logistics
- Collaborate with and coordinate across diverse teams (sales, customer service, cold chain, trucking, warehousing and distribution and value added services teams, etc.)
- Build and maintain profitable partnerships with key stakeholders
- Training, coaching staffs
- Break the silo and lead integration between ITL FM and contract logistics business unit
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job requirements:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field is typically required.
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., in project management, contract logistics, contract negotiation, commercial law, CIPS qualification) are often a plus.
- At least 5 years of equivalent experiences
- Good at communication skill, negotiation skill, leadership skill
